You might want to research your options some more. Maybe, have a talk with someone who is a more senior colleague or mentor, preferably one who has an MBA.
It appears from your comment on investment banking that you haven't done your research. IBs usually recruit only from the top-10 type schools.

Also, what kind of disciplines we should check in an MBA..I dont know if MBA finance will be good..as such I have no preferences. (anything related to Investment banking etc will be good though)

Original Poster, Even in IV we have webfaxes, I used to send around 100 faxes to all the senators for all 50 states, so IV has that facility, Kuddos to you by lending a helping hand on programming part if required.

If you download and read Obama's immigration plan (PDF), it is more or less the same ( Vs MacCain's plan). Except for no mention in specific words about increasing the H1 #'s or GC #'s, the plan actually makes note of the hardships faced by legal immigrants. The problem is acknowledged and they accept that the legal immigrations system is broken, which to me, means that they will try to fix it.

dude, you don't know jack.........there is no "eligibility" when it comes to EB2 or EB3.
The FUC@#NG job has to demand a Master's for EB2.
It's not like the monkey-jobs that you fools do for fuc@#ng two-bit desi employers who are anywhere from 5-100 people strong NEED an EB2 !!!!
any monkey can do 99% of the jobs that desi EB3 people do on the West Coast and the East Coast...........that's reality. It's YOUR problem if you cannot stomach this reality.
And all these folks have the audacity to call themselves "highly skilled"!!! hahahahahaha..............errr, by the way, what school did most of these people go to? Lemme guess..........some SDNMDFDF Institute of Tech in some freakin village in India??

You first thought of calling me jerk privately, than changed your mind...Anyway, waiting in this country for 10 years without Green Card, I am certainly a jerk, atleast that's how I felt when I saw the Fijian guy who landed here in 2007 got his Green Card, you are right for that point. First point of your's that I didn't understand was 'I may annoy people'. I acknowledged that in my first post itself. If being ROW I was to get my Green Card in 1 year, I will certainly be unhappy if someone try to make it 2 years...secondly you need to tell me how this effort is going to hurt the entire effort, I am looking for 15-20 volunteers who can work with me on this. Since this is also on IV's agenda so, it is certainly not against IV's goals, But I will try to work only on 1 goal. I am not stopping IV to continue with it's efforts. The whole point is, as we have seen in all the debates, lawmakers see Visa recapturing as new visas. Go around and read some stuff, America is more anti immigrant today than it was ever, in this scenario, getting a bill passed with recapturing Visas etc. sounds impossible to me(I hope I am wrong), but taking of country quota or increasing country limits may be to 15% will bring lot of relief to the hugely baclogged countries...Moreover as I mentioned when a strong lawmaker like Zoe Logfren supports such thing, I'm sure she'll be ready to bring something for it....again don't tell me it is not possible. Waiting for the right moment is better than doing wrong things at the wrong time and failing.

How does one "change" to EB2?. I have a PD of Oct 2003 EB3. Should i submit a new labor and if it is approved my category will be EB2 PD Oct 2003?. Should i also file another I-140?.

Don't know the details but mostly it looks like a scam since why did one file Eb3 in first place and how can he add more exp. while Eb3 is pending as a factor for EB2? He is respondign since OCT. but they just keep asking for more details and they have first question for 140/PERM asking - DID YOU EVER HAD ANOTHER LABOR certification besides this one?

I would not say people are intentionally lying but fact accuracy deters when transferred from one mouth to another. I would only rely on first hand information.
